We at the family unit are now looking for a committed and driven foster care secretary who is passionate about creating lasting change.

Currently, our team consists of three foster care secretaries, four child secretaries, a method supporter, and a unit manager. Come and contribute your energy and creativity to our dedicated team!

As a foster care secretary with us, you are a key player in our work. Your main tasks include recruiting, investigating, and supervising our invaluable foster homes. In addition, you will also recruit and investigate contact families and contact persons. We are in an exciting development phase where we are reviewing our strategies to strengthen support for foster homes and develop work with contact families and contact persons.

Qualifications

We want you to have a degree in social work or equivalent behavioral science education and experience in foster care. Since documentation and administrative tasks are an important part of the position, you need to have experience in this area. A valid driver's license is required.

One of the cornerstones of the position is collaboration, and we are therefore looking for someone with a positive attitude towards close cooperation with colleagues. You are an unpretentious and curious individual, capable of handling a position that encompasses many different tasks. Navigating complex situations and being solution-oriented comes naturally to you. Your flexible approach allows you to adapt and steer your work according to current needs.

The best interests of the child are always your focus. You support and guide the foster home to create a sustainable environment where all parties thrive and develop. We would like you to have an excellent ability to nurture and build relationships as well as communicate and collaborate effectively with others. A good attitude and clear communication are crucial, both towards clients, contractors, and colleagues. Personal suitability is of great importance to us; we want to see that you can clearly articulate the competencies we are looking for in this position.
